The Biblical Counseling Process
Biblical Counseling is not psychotherapy. While we may address common psychological issues together, I will not diagnose or prescribe psychological treatments. There is a clear distinction between Biblical Counseling and psychotherapy. Biblically, we will investigate your situation and find a godly solution with real HOPE for lasting change!
Digging In...
The process of change begins with a close look into your personal or family situation. Biblical counseling is highly interactive. So, you will be meeting together with me regularly as well as doing some "homework" between our sessions. The process is designed to help you grow in your knowledge of your situation, what the Bible has to say about it, and how you can apply what you are learning to your circumstance to enter into, continue, and pursue the process of real change.

We will address things like heart motives, behavioral manifestations and the existential effects that your situation has on your life.

We will learn and apply truths like Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose."
